Seth Geist is a California licensed attorney and J.D. graduate from the University of San Diego School of Law. He previously worked as a deputy district attorney for Orange County, and is now an estate planning attorney for Oath Law.

When he was a law student at USD, Seth was a board member for the San Diego Law Review and a national team competitor for the USD Moot Court team.  Seth also worked as an extern for the Honorable Michael S. Berg, and as a legal intern for the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office, a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, and a law clerk for the San Diego County Public Defender’s Office.

Seth has lived in and traveled to many states and countries around the world, and he has developed a fluency in Spanish from living abroad for two years in Argentina.  In his free time, Seth enjoys running, listening to music, painting, playing the guitar and piano, surfing with his wife, and spending time with his two sons.
